The platform fee has a $20 minimum, so on a Pick Up & Deliver job with a commission under about $222 the fee is a flat $20.
Travelers keep their full agreed commission — payout provider fees are covered by HandCarry. Every confirmed delivery starts a short clearing hold; the payout is sent when it ends, and how quickly it reaches your account depends on your payout method and country. First payouts can take longer while your account is verified.
