The platform fee has a $20 minimum, so on a Pick Up & Deliver job with a commission under about $222 the fee is a flat $20.
Travelers keep their full agreed commission — payout provider fees are covered by HandCarry. Payouts are sent after delivery is confirmed and typically arrive within a few business days, depending on your payout method and country — first payouts can take longer while your account is verified.
