Identity verification
- Platform KYC before first payment (buyers) or paid trip acceptance (travelers)
- Government ID + selfie reviewed within 24–48 hours
- Verification badge visible on profiles and listings
Payment protection
- Full payment captured at match — held until delivery confirmed
- Traveler purchases only after funds are secured
- Auto-confirm after 5 days if buyer doesn't respond
Proof & accountability
- Purchase receipt required before carrying
- Buyers can open a dispute on any active order, and for at least 3 days after delivery is confirmed
- Failed delivery marks on traveler profiles
Safe handoffs
- Preferred delivery location stored on each order
- In-app messaging before payment; contact sharing allowed after payment
- Meet in public, well-lit locations when possible
