How do I create an account?

Sign up with your name, email, and a password. Verify your email to post listings, and add a verified phone number before messaging or sending proposals. One account does both sides — you can buy on one trip and carry on the next.

How do I post a delivery request?

Go to Delivery Requests → Post a request. Choose Buy & Deliver (the traveler purchases the item for you) or Pick Up & Deliver (you already have it), then set the route, date window, and your commission offer. You'll confirm the prohibited-items policy before publishing.

How do I publish a traveler trip?

Go to Find Travelers → Add trip and enter your route, travel dates, and spare capacity. Your trip is visible to buyers until departure, and proposals arrive in your Messages.

How do proposals work?

Terms are agreed inside the conversation: either side sends a proposal with the price breakdown, and the other accepts or counters. Acceptance creates the order and takes the buyer straight to payment. Unanswered proposals expire automatically.

What gets charged, and when?

When a proposal is accepted, the buyer pays the full amount — item cost (if any), traveler commission, and the platform fee — via Stripe. The order expires if payment isn't completed within 24 hours. Funds are held securely until delivery is confirmed.

What is the platform fee?

Currently 9% of the total traveler payout, with a $20 minimum — the same formula for both service types. The Pricing page always shows the live rate and worked examples.

When do travelers get paid?

The payout is released once the buyer confirms delivery (or auto-confirm does, after 5 days). If it's your first delivery, you'll set up your payout account at that point. Arrival typically takes a few business days depending on your payout method and country.

What happens on cancellation?

Before payment: nothing was charged. After payment but before the traveler buys the item: full refund. After the item is purchased, buyer cancellations are not refunded — but if the traveler cancels or no-shows, you get a full refund and their profile records the failed delivery.

What proof does the traveler provide?

For Buy & Deliver orders, the traveler uploads the purchase receipt, a photo of the item, and the actual price paid before carrying it. You can see the proof on your order page.

How does delivery confirmation work?

After handoff, the traveler marks the order delivered and you confirm from your order page. If you don't respond, the order auto-confirms after 5 days — so raise any problem before that window closes.

What if the item costs more than estimated?

The traveler can request a price increase before buying. You have 48 hours to approve and pay the difference; if you decline or the window lapses, the order cancels with a full refund.

What if something goes wrong?

Open a dispute from the order page — available on any active order and for at least 3 days after delivery confirmation. Funds are frozen while we review. See the Dispute Resolution page for the full process.

How does identity verification (KYC) work?

You upload a government ID and a selfie, and our team reviews it — typically within 24–48 hours. Verification is required before your first payment as a buyer, or before accepting a paid delivery as a traveler.

How do traveler payouts get set up?

After your first confirmed delivery, you set up payouts by completing Stripe's onboarding — payouts arrive by direct bank deposit, and more payout options are on the way. Later payouts reuse your setup automatically.

How do ratings and reviews work?

After an order completes, both sides can leave a review. Reviews reveal simultaneously — you never see the other side's rating before submitting yours — and you can post one public response to a review of you.
